I did a TON of research on LED Skincare masks before choosing this one. I used to pay hundreds of dollars a month for a facial, and they'd always use an LED mask on me for part of the treatment. Getting an at-home device was an investment I was willing to make for the cost-savings, but I also knew not all masks could be trusted due to it needing to emit the right light wavelength and also cover enough of your face to be effective. It's safe to use everyday -- it has a timer that allows you to 'set it and forget it' so you can get exactly 15min of light therapy everyday without thinking about it.
I cannot imagine my life without this product. Since using it, my skin has been clear and my hyperpigmentation and scaring has faded drastically.
