Terms and Conditions for 90-day Money Back guarantee.

1. The 90-day Money Back Guarantee is only valid on “MySheenSkin Ice Cool IPL” At-Home IPL Hair Removal Handset purchased from our website www.mysheenskin.com.
2. You must try the handset for at least 60 days but no more than 80 days.
3. You must complete at least 6 IPL handset treatments, with treatments being 1 week apart, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions (before shaving).
4. If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 6 photos to us at info@mysheenskin.com with your order number, and we will review your application.
5. All 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset.
6. ALL images MUST have a valid date and time stamp.

If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded. We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.
If your application meets our requirements, we will refund you the handset purchase price +minus shipping costs covered by us (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse. Additionally, postage costs and the process of sending the handset back to us (once approved by our Results team) is the full responsibility of the claimant and return postage costs will not be refunded. We advise to return the handset via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked. We ask all customers to allow up to 3 business days for the return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
