Terms and Conditions for Rewards Granted for Reviews
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the rewards program ("Program") offered by My Sheen Skin ("Company") to customers who provide reviews of their purchases. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
1.1 The Program is open to individuals who have made a purchase from the Company's website or physical store and meet the following criteria:
- Have a valid and verified customer account with the Company.
- Have received the purchased product(s) and had sufficient time to evaluate them.
1.2 Employees, affiliates, influencers, content creators (to whom the product has been offered to free of cost) and immediate family members of the Company are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Review Types and Rewards:
2.1 The Program offers rewards based on the type of review submitted by participants. The review types and corresponding rewards are as follows:
- Text Review: Participants who submit a written review will receive a 10% return on the purchase price of the product.
- Text + Photo Review: Participants who submit a review with accompanying photos will receive a 20% return on the purchase price of the product. [See Submission Guidelines below]
- Text + Video Review: Participants who submit a review in video format will receive a 30% return on the purchase price of the product.
2.2 Only one review per product purchase will be considered for rewards. Multiple reviews of the same product from the same participant will not result in additional rewards.
Submission Guidelines:
3.1 To qualify for rewards, reviews must meet the following guidelines:
- Reviews must be original and based on the participant's personal experience with the purchased product.
- Text reviews should be detailed, helpful, and provide valuable insights.
- Photo reviews should include clear and relevant images including before and after images that showcase the results of the product purchased or showcase an image of the product in use.
- Video reviews should be of reasonable quality and demonstrate the product's features and benefits effectively.
3.2 Reviews should not contain any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content. The Company reserves the right to disqualify reviews that violate this guideline.
3.3 Reviews must be submitted through the designated review submission platform provided by the Company.
Reward Redemption:
4.1 Once a review is submitted and approved by the Company, the participant will receive a reward equal to the specified percentage of the purchase price.
4.2 Rewards will be provided in the form of a paypal payment, refund or store credit, based on the participant's preference and the Company's discretion.
4.3 Participants can redeem their rewards within [X] days from the date of approval. After this period, unclaimed rewards will expire.
Limitations:
5.1 Participants may only receive rewards for reviews of products they have actually purchased from My Sheen Skin Inc's Website.
5.2 Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other individuals.
5.3 The total value of rewards received by a participant cannot exceed the original purchase price of the product.
5.4 Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other charges associated with receiving rewards.
5.5 Purchases made during the "March Madness" Sale Event 2024 are not eligible for this reward.
Modifications and Termination:
6.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
6.2 In the event of Program termination, participants will be notified, and any unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.
6.3 The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants and revoke rewards if they are found to have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activities.
General Terms:
7.1 Participation in the Program does not guarantee rewards. Rewards are subject to review approval by the Company.
7.2 The Company is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures that may prevent participants from submitting reviews or receiving rewards.
7.3 Participants agree to allow the Company granting the company copyrights to use their reviews for marketing or promotional purposes, without any additional compensation.
7.4 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Province of Ontario. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
